Sean Whitney serves as a Managing Director in Newmark’s Denver office. Sean specializes in office and flex investment advisory services with the Colorado Private Capital Group throughout the Colorado Rocky Mountain region. Sean differentiates himself by being well in-tune with the marketplace, producing top-quality analyses and work product, and advising with a high degree of integrity and long-term outlook.
Sean joined Newmark as an intern while studying at Santa Clara University and has been with Newmark for the past 12 years. Sean began his career in the San Jose office of Newmark exclusively representing some of the most notable and high-growth technology and venture capital companies secure office space throughout the Bay Area. Sean’s previous experience gives him incredible insight into the demand-drivers for tenants, helping his clients stay ahead of the curve.
