Scott Zinovoy serves as a Director with Newmark in New York City, where he specializes in both landlord and tenant representation.
Zinovoy has worked on behalf of several prominent landlords, including CIM Group, El-Ad Group, Friedland Properties, GLL Real Estate Partners, Macklowe Properties, Magnum Real Estate Group, Silverstein Properties and SJP Properties.
Zinovoy’s most notable transactions include the leasing of 14,000 square feet to Discover NY for its Times Square flagship at 1530 Broadway; and the leasing of 44,000 square feet to Whole Foods Market and 72,000 square feet to Life Time Fitness at 1 Wall Street, the latter of which earned the 2019 REBNY Most Ingenious Retail Deal of the Year Award.
Currently, Zinovoy is representing iP2 Entertainment in its national expansion, helping devise a strategic rollout for the company’s National Geographic, Mattel and Warner Bros. family entertainment concepts.
Zinovoy joined Newmark in 2019, when parent company Newmark Group, Inc. acquired RKF, a New York-based retail real estate brokerage and investment firm. Zinovoy began his career with RKF in 2014 as a Canvasser and was quickly promoted to Associate.
Prior to RKF, Zinovoy spent three years as the Operations Manager for Major Food Group, the company behind restaurants such as Carbone, The Grill and Parm.

Zinovoy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
