Rich Lachowsky is Research Director for the Salt Lake City Newmark office and provides regional research support for the Boise, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Reno offices. After beginning his career as a GIS/Graphics Manager with Newmark in 2002, he was promoted to Research Director in 2016. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the GIS, Marketing, and Research departments, he conducts market analysis and manages the production of quarterly market reports throughout the region.
In late 2021, Lachowsky was promoted to Director, SLC Research and National Industrial, and will be supporting the industrial platform in this expanded role.
Education
Lachowsky holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University.
