Raymond Nolan serves as senior vice president of development for Newmark Moses Tucker Partners. He also is a Managing Member of Cherry Ridge, a farm, timber and commercial real estate company based in El Dorado, Arkansas. Prior to joining Cherry Ridge in 2012, Nolan started several residential and multifamily companies focused on downtown revitalization projects in Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Florida.
In addition to his work in commercial real estate, Nolan founded and served as CEO of HighShine Services, a facility services company providing contract maintenance and janitorial services to financial institutions and health care businesses. Nolan successfully negotiated the sale of HighShine after building a client list that included Humana Healthcare, US AmeriBank and Ameriprise Financial.
Nolan serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of El Dorado, South Arkansas Symphony Orchestra and SHARE Foundation.
Nolan is a graduate of Whittier College and earned his master’s degree from the University of Iowa.
