Preston Sanders joined Newmark’s Atlanta office in 2014 as a Financial Analyst and moved into an office and industrial tenant representative role in 2018. As a member of one of the nation’s top tenant representation teams, Mr. Sanders focuses on advising clients on the best real estate solutions to meet their business goals and objectives while providing best-in-class service. His expertise spans both office and industrial real estate tenant representation.
Mr. Sanders’ team has completed in excess of 4.0 million square feet of Class A office build-to-suit/anchor tenant lease transactions and negotiated more than 1.0 million square feet of lease transactions on behalf of some of the nation’s leading firms. Additionally, he has been instrumental in representing industrial clients, helping them navigate complex lease negotiations and site selections for warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities.
