Peter Winterling began his successful career in the real estate industry when he joined Newmark in 1988, specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial and office properties.
During his 34 years with Newmark Knight Frank, Peter has completed in excess of 2,000 lease and sale transactions. In 1995 and 1996, he was the recipient of the Worn Shoe Award, which is given each year to the agent with the highest number of completed transactions. He has also been a multiple-year nominee for the Association of Commercial Real Estate’s Industrial Broker of the Year award.
Peter’s clients, who range from local start-ups to national firms, are the beneficiaries of his unparalleled market, transactional and negotiating experience. This hands-on experience provides him with the knowledge and ability to understand the elements of representation and a keen awareness of potential problems and most importantly how to avoid them.
Peter’s activity in the representation of numerous clients, combined with an extensive leasing background, has led to strong working relationships with numerous tenants, investors, lending institutions and developers in the leasing, sales and build-to-suit of properties in the greater Sacramento area. Whether his clients are large or small, his goal is to represent their best interests and strive for a long-term relationship by exceeding his clients’ expectations.
