Patrick M. Duffy joined Newmark in 2002 and currently serves as a vice chairman. Mr. Duffy has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, during which he has focused on providing tenant representation services, financing and long-term strategic planning. Mr. Duffy has structured headquarter transactions for many significant corporations and professional service firms in most major cities throughout the United States. Additionally, he has structured in excess of 1 million square feet of build-to-suit transactions.
Since 2015, Mr. Duffy has negotiated transactions in excess of 2 million square feet of space. His national experience in negotiating complex transactions with many different types of ownership groups and financial institutions allows him to advise his clients from a unique perspective.
Mr. Duffy is consistently recognized as one of the nation’s leading tenant advisors. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Duffy was senior vice president at the Studley Company.
