As executive vice president, co-head of property management for Newmark’s East Coast region, Patrick Glynn co-leads the Property Management platform with an increased focus on speed, efficiency and capability in an extremely competitive property management market. He provides expert knowledge in management and operations, including expense reduction, innovative resources, procurement and forward-thinking property operations and staffing. Patrick is directly responsible for the oversight of Newmark’s management services in Atlanta, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin. He is also responsible for business development to maximize market share and profitability for the region.
Patrick brings to his position more than 22 years of commercial real estate management experience as well as extensive expertise in building operations, financial reporting, training and management of personnel, tenant relations and leasing. He has managed a wide variety of property types and sizes, including skyscrapers, data centers, laboratory buildings and industrial parks. Notably, he was general manager of one of the most recognizable buildings in Boston, the iconic John Hancock Tower (1.8 million square feet of office space and 2,000-space parking facility).
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Glynn was a managing senior vice president of asset services with Transwestern. He has also held positions with CBRE, Broadway Real Estate Services, Beacon Capital Partners and Fidelity Investments.

Mr. Glynn holds a bachelor’s degree in corporate systems from Boston College and a business degree from Northeastern University.
