Pamela Lowery joined Newmark in Pittsburgh, PA in 1983. Currently, she is vice president of research and marketing, and is an integral part of the management team. This function interfaces with transaction services professionals in business development, analysis, process management, preparation of key proposals/presentations and follow-up and execution of the marketing plan. Additionally, Ms. Lowery provides guidance to the research team, performs market analysis, financial analysis, produces quarterly and annual market publications, assures data integrity and compliance and adherence to all company standards and initiatives.
Ms. Lowery has provided a variety of real estate support services and deliverables to a wide array of clients including Dominion Resources Services, Inc, Tollgrade Communications, Ansys, Ericsson, Federated Investors, Verizon, Jones Day, Marc and Chatham University.
For three years, Ms. Lowery was a leasing manager where she represented landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions. Responsibilities included prospecting, developing and implementing marketing materials, negotiating business terms, gathering market data and performing financial analysis.
Ms. Lowery was also a senior business operations manager for 14 years. On a regional level, her job duties included providing assistance in recruiting, training, developing policy and procedures and assisting the company in setting its expectations for local office administration. She also acted as an advisor to local offices in the north central region and corporate team leadership. Locally, Ms. Lowery directed the daily business operations of the office including finance, audit compliance, human resources, legal compliance, and administrative staff management and development.
Ms. Lowery’s distinctive combination of sales and internal operations experience provides her a unique perspective and valuable insight into the research function.
Ms. Lowery is a licensed salesperson in Pennsylvania.
