Nadia Patry is a Director in Newmark’s Global Corporate Services and Consulting practice with a background in economic development, incentive negotiation and strategic planning. In her career, she has assisted prominent multinational corporations in every stage of a deal – from inception and initial due diligence to audit defense of statutory tax credits and negotiated incentives. Working as a project manager, she was responsible for conducting initial research of potential opportunities, calculating estimated benefits, developing budgets, constructing sales presentations, securing relevant data, calculating credits including the value of negotiated incentives, completing filings to secure the benefits, facilitating client meetings, tracking ongoing reporting requirements and responding to audit requests. She has successfully managed more than 50 business incentives projects through the entire project lifecycle and teamed on a total of more than 150 projects. She also drove the process of drafting 15 employee training grant applications resulting in over $4 million in benefit. Ms. Patry has a diverse background with a broad range of economic development and incentives experience.
She also worked with Chevron Corporation in their Business and Real Estate Services (CBRES) Operating Company (OpCo) with the
primary role of supporting the President of CBRES as a business analyst. She was responsible for identifying, gathering and interpreting relevant data from throughout the OpCo and translating it into responses, reports and presentations regarding CBRES-specific project updates for use by the President with other Chevron Executive Leadership. Projects ranged from small internal projects to detailed reports on CBRES Major Capital Projects’ portfolio topping $1B at that time.
Education
Ms. Patry graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY with a Master’s of Public Administration, concentrations in Government, Politics and Public Policy Studies and a focus in Economic Development. She is also a graduate of DeSales University in Center Valley, PA with dual degrees in Political Science Communications and Spanish.
