Monica Brendsel is an Associate Director with the Harmon/Spies Capital Markets Team and contributes to all facets of the underwriting and marketing process across all asset classes and geographies, with a focus on institutional assets located in New York City.
Nationally recognized as the top Capital Markets platform, the Harmon/Spies team joined the company in 2023 from Cushman & Wakefield. During its tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, the team led the company to the top market share across all asset classes in the NYC Metro with over $55 billion in transactional volume. Brendsel has been with the team since 2021 and has closed over $10 billion in equity transactions. She was also involved in the Signature Bank Loan Portfolio disposition in 2023.
