Michael Beach

Michael joined Newmark in 2012 and joined Newmark’s Newport Beach team in 2022. Since joining the firm, he has been involved with the underwriting and origination of more than $10 billion in multifamily loans and credit facilities nationwide. Michael has over 20 years of experience in real estate including development, joint venture equity, and debt investments.
