He began his career advising technology and venture-backed companies and continues to focus primarily on tenant representation. He is also frequently called upon by owners for his nuanced insight into tenant behavior and leasing trends, helping them better position their assets.
With extensive market knowledge, strong industry relationships, and deep experience working with technology companies, Mr. Spikes prioritizes understanding each client’s growth trajectory before developing and executing tailored real estate strategies.
