Lorraine Sollecito has supported Newmark’s Northeast project management team, its projects and its clients for the last five years. A dedicated member of the New York-based team, she serves as its project administrator, responsible for tracking the financial statements, documentation and document processing for all team projects.
Ms. Sollecito has extensive and detailed experience with financial spreadsheets, project documentation and control processes, having previously served as Newmark’s senior revenue processor for multiple business units, including project management. She has also provided administrative support via the internal and/or proprietary systems, processes and documents of Newmark and a number of its clients.
Ms. Sollecito has supported multiple high-profile and critical projects for financial organizations as well as technology and specialty firm projects. Among these projects were several headquarters assignments that concerned the administrative requirements of such clients as Allied World, Bimbo Bakeries USA, Capital One, Computer Generated Systems, Girl Scouts of USA, GMP Securities, Nasdaq, The New York Times, Relix Group, RBS Citizens, Robert Half Associates and Univision Broadcasting.
Ms. Sollecito earned a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Long Island University’s C.W. Post Campus.
