As Vice President of Property Management, Logan Mather is responsible for all property management operations on a diverse Phoenix portfolio of commercial real estate properties. Logan works closely with local and regional Newmark leadership to strengthen and build upon client relationships to ensure maximum value is achieved on all assets. Logan teams with both institutional and non-institutional clients to develop and implement business plans that best-meet the client investment strategy and success in all facets of asset operations, including acquisitions, dispositions, and both ground-up and re-development projects.
Logan also provides oversight to a team of professionals with tenant and vendor relations, building operations and maintenance, construction management, and accounting processes. Logan prides herself on exceptional tenant retention and ensuring satisfaction from both the client and tenant, commencing with initial space tours, LOI and Lease negotiations, and the ultimate delivery of the tenant’s space. Logan has achieved success in this process with the strong relationships she has established with Valley brokerage teams, as well as other professional service firms including attorneys, architects, engineers, and general contractors. Logan has over 12 years of experience in the Phoenix commercial real estate industry and specialization in a variety of building products, including office, industrial, retail and medical properties.
Prior to joining Newmark, Logan was with Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing a portfolio of 2.3 million square feet of various product types and ten team members. Logan was named Cushman & Wakefield’s Team Leader of the Year in 2019. Prior to C&W, Logan was with CBRE’s Phoenix office as a Senior Real Estate Manager. While at CBRE, Logan primarily managed and oversaw Class A office products throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, with tenants ranging from 1,500 to 150,000 square feet. During her tenure at CBRE, she was named Real Estate Manager of the Year and earned BOMA’s Building of the Year Award twice on her portfolio.
