As Vice President of Property Management, for Newmark in Oregon and Washington State, Lezlie Plastino is responsible for overseeing the firm’s property management operations and implementing best practices, policies and procedures to maximize the value of her clients’ real estate assets. Lezlie is also responsible for implementing business development strategies intended to maximize growth and profitability for the state’s commercial real estate market. A 39-year industry veteran, Lezlie is known for building strong teams and working relationships with both internal business leaders and outside partners.
Lezlie joined Newmark’s management team in 2020, after serving in leadership roles at Davis Partners and Kidder Mathews; at both firms, she was responsible for TA Realty’s value-add office and industrial portfolio in Washington State. As the acting regional manager for Davis Partners and Kidder Mathews, Lezlie utilized her impressive negotiation and communication skills to curate and sustain a team of proactive, high-performing property and construction management professionals well versed in helping clients transition assets through the acquisition and on-boarding of property as well as the renovation, leasing and disposition cycle. Consistency and transparency were key to her team’s success at forming trust-based relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and service providers. Her teams have since gained a reputation for delivering excellent customer service and adheres to each clients’ unique reporting and budget deadlines.
Earlier in her career, Lezlie held positions at Schnitzer West, Osborne Construction Company, Cornerstone Columbia Development Company and Park Properties Development Company, where she focused on implementing clients’ strategic value-add plans for office, industrial, retail and new-build development assets under management.
