Kent C. Cullins, MAI, joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2018 and serves as a senior vice president in the Dallas office.
Cullins has been involved in the appraisal and consulting field since 2008 and has conducted valuations of more than $10 billion in real estate across 15 states. His experience includes a wide-range of property types, including but not limited to retail, office, industrial, multifamily, airplane hangar, mixed-use, subdivision, hotel, convenience store, dealership, self-storage, lifestyle shopping center, mall, government (GSA) leased, healthcare and sport-related.
Prior to Newmark, Cullins was a senior vice president at JLL Valuation & Advisory Services. Prior to that, he was a partner at Integra Realty Resources. Cullins received his MAI designation in 2015, making him one of the youngest MAI-designated appraisers in the United States. He is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.

Cullins graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in real estate and marketing.
