John P. Pasquarella, MAI is an Executive Vice President at Newmark Valuation & Advisory. As a leader of the Philadelphia office, he focuses his practice on the eastern half of Pennsylvania and southern half of New Jersey.
John specializes in appraisals, portfolio valuations and market studies. He has deep experience in estate/gift tax appraisals.
Actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting since 1997, John has prepared valuations and market studies on proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing structures. These include office buildings, shopping centers, power centers, warehouses, distribution centers, multifamily residences, and vacant land mixed-use properties.
John’s clients have included life insurance companies and pension fund advisors; banks, mortgage lenders and other financial institutions; real estate developers and investors; law firms; businesses; and government agencies. His experience includes valuations for tax appeals, estate/gift tax, condemnation purposes, financing, equity participation and due diligence support.
He joined Newmark from Integra Realty Resources, when Newmark acquired the Philadelphia office along with several other IRR offices in 2017.

Education
John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, finance and real estate from the University of Florida. Additionally, he has successfully completed numerous real estate and valuation courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, accredited universities and others.
