John Hoefer joined Newmark Zimmer in 2015 and currently serves as Senior Managing Director and Principal in the company’s Kansas City, Missouri office. His primary responsibilities include the sale and leasing of office properties as well as tenant and buyer representation in transactions of every property type throughout the metro area. He has specific focus and expertise in Kansas City’s urban submarkets.
