Jodie Badeen is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner supporting Newmark Global Corporate Services. In this role, Badeen aligns HR strategy to support business goals for employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, employment, wage and salary administration, new hire orientation and training, benefits and employee services. She is a seasoned HR professional with 20 years of experience as a leader and business advisor, working across several industry sectors, including video games, title insurance, manufacturing, semiconductor and SaaS products.
Prior to joining Newmark in 2023, Badeen served as the Senior Human Resource Business Partner at Cirrus Logic, supporting four business units with over 500 employees globally, consulting on people strategies, recruitment, engagement, talent plans, HR processes and employee relations. Under her stewardship, she increased employee engagement scores by over 25% and led Cirrus’s first talent and succession planning process.
Previously, Badeen was an HR business partner for First American and United Title, where she supported managers and employees with a broad range of services, including performance management, issue resolution, advising on HR policy interpretation and built the first ever company intranet for the SW Region at First American.
