Jesse is a senior executive with Retail Occupier Services, a specialty practice within Newmark. Jesse is responsible for building and managing teams that deliver integrated services for retail portfolios. As a Senior Managing Director, Jesse brings over twenty years of retail real estate experience.
Among other services, Jesse provides the key functions of portfolio strategy, market planning, site selection, lease/contract negotiation, asset management and technology implementation.
Jesse’s unique background (GIS, sales forecasting model implementation, renewal, new unit site selection management, and over ten years leading groups through large- scale rollouts) provides his clients a wealth of expertise to assist them in tackling any project.
Jesse started his career as a sales analyst at Brinker International, where he created innovative executive level reporting that was frequently used on earnings calls. Jesse moved on to Strategic Development, where he helped implement sales forecasting tools to help Brinker with its aggressive expansion of its restaurant chains. Jesse was then promoted to lead the Asset Management group. Jesse’s last stop at Brinker was managing a large territory for new store development.
Jesse left Brinker in 2008 to join JLL’s Retail Corporate Services group. During the majority of his time at JLL, Jesse was the primary National Retail Transaction Management lead on the T-Mobile account. Along with T-Mobile, while at JLL Jesse was also involved with leading and/or executing transactions for multiple other clients, including United Healthcare, Bar Louie, HSBC, Bally Total Fitness, Carvana, Darden, and Smashburger.
