Jeff Hoffman is a senior managing director with Newmark’s San Jose office, where he is known primarily for his activity in the R&D/office leasing and sales marketplace. He has also completed numerous land, build-to-suit and investment transactions.
Mr. Hoffman began his real estate career in 1979 with Coldwell Banker’s (now CBRE’s) research department in San Jose. Soon after, he joined the sales team, where he continually achieved high levels of sales and service for 13 years. Dedication to his clients is Mr. Hoffman’s number one priority, which has resulted in numerous repeat business opportunities. He has serviced some of his clients for as long as 25 years.
Additionally, Mr. Hoffman is especially proud that he has represented clients in more than 24 million square feet of leasing and sales transactions valued at more than $2.5 billion. He has represented such companies as Aetna, Cavium, Compression Labs, Conner Peripherals, Fujitsu Ltd. (eight different subsidiaries), Intel Corporation, Insignia, Prudential Financial, Raychem Corporation, Spectra Physics Inc. and Sun Microsystems.
