Jared Robins is an associate with Newmark specializing in retail leasing for retail and lifestyle tenants and landlords throughout New York City and South Florida.
Jared has worked on behalf of notable landlords, such as SL Green, Brookfield Properties, ASG Equities, Takenaka Corporation, Turnberry, Nuveen, and The Lam Group. Jared is currently part of the leasing team at Manhattan West, Brookfield Properties’ seven million-square-foot mixed-use development on the West Side of Manhattan, which is anchored by Peloton, Whole Foods Market, The NHL Store, Danny Meyer and Elemental, a new entertainment and live music venue.
Jared also represents a variety of tenants in New York and nationally. Jared assisted Sweat440, a new fitness concept based in Miami, with its expansion into the Manhattan market by arranging two leases in 2019. He is also working with Sally Beauty on its New York expansion, securing the beauty supply retailer’s first five locations in Manhattan. Other notable tenants he represents include LIK Fine Art Gallery and NIU.
Jared joined Newmark in 2019, after parent company Newmark Group, Inc. acquired RKF, a New York-based retail real estate brokerage and investment firm. He joined RKF in 2017, beginning as a canvasser before being promoted to associate.
Jared’s earlier real estate experience includes leasing for Scott Robins Companies in Miami and property management for Bedrock in Detroit.
