Graham Hildebrand joined Newmark as director of research for the Texas region in 2017. His role includes overseeing the management of the department, data analysis, and ensuring best-in-class research.
Mr. Hildebrand has more than 12 years of commercial real estate research and marketing experience. Before joining Newmark, he served as director of Texas research for Q10 Capital’s Houston office. From 2012 to 2016, he served as Houston research manager for JLL.
Born in Houston, Mr. Hildebrand resides in the city’s Wilchester neighborhood with his wife and two daughters, ages five and eight. He enjoys coaching his daughters’ sports teams as well as golf, tennis and hunting in his time away from the office.
Mr. Hildebrand earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Texas A&M University and has completed two years of study towards his Juris Doctorate degree at South Texas College of Law. He is a member of the NAIOP, Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals (ACRP), Commercial Real Estate Research Forum (CRERF) and various other local and national commercial real estate and research organizations.
