Erik Ordway is an associate director in Newmark’s Minneapolis-St. Paul office, specializing in Minneapolis’ Downtown North Loop district. He partners with Senior Managing Director Brent Erickson to provide complete landlord agency services to institutional and entrepreneurial clients.
Known for pushing occupancy on the assets he leases while increasing rental rates, Mr. Ordway has worked on central business district properties including the TractorWorks Building, 15 Building, Flour Exchange, U.S. Bancorp Center, Colonial Warehouse, Wells Fargo Center, 9’s on The Mall and Marquette Plaza. His detailed market knowledge, industry insight and rebranding successes have enabled his clients to achieve market-setting sale transactions.
Mr. Ordway joined Newmark in 2017 from Cushman & Wakefield, where he had been an associate director.
