David M. Marble joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2019 and currently serves as a First Vice President for the Rocky Mountain region. In this role, David is responsible for providing outstanding service to clients as an expert whose innovative, consulting-driven approach provides best-in-class valuation and consulting services for all property types.
Skilled at in-depth research and analyzing complex appraisal assignments, David has produced valuations in major, secondary, and rural markets across 14 states. More significant assignments have included high-rise office towers in Dallas, Fort Worth, Portland, and Salt Lake City, as well as regional, mixed-use, and lifestyle shopping centers, urban redevelopment projects, parking garages, hotels, apartments, condominium developments, subdivisions, eminent-domain, agricultural properties, and regional warehouse and distribution facilities.
David’s valuations have been used for condemnation purposes, estates, financing and due diligence support. His clients have included accountants, investment firms, law firms, lenders, private and public agencies.
David joined Newmark from JLL, where he most recently served as a vice president and market leader for the Rocky Mountain region. In 2018, David relocated to Utah from JLL’s Dallas, Texas office.

Education
David earned a Master of Arts degree in Contemporary Design from the University of Manchester/Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London, UK. He previously earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and Curatorial Studies from Brigham Young University.
