Danny is a Database Administrator in Retail Occupier Services (ROS), a specialty practice within Newmark and is responsible for building and managing databases, reports, and auto-notification schemes. This technology helps clients with:
- Tracking investigations and negotiations for potential store sites
- Coordinating efforts between the client and the construction team
- Making the opening of a store more efficient and problem free
- Building a data repository which can be analyzed for potential improvement to existing business practices
As a programmer and database developer, Danny has nearly a decade of experience in finding the best-fit software solutions to an individual client’s needs. With C#, PHP, JavaScript, and VBA as computer languages used professionally, he has demonstrated adaptability and a firm grasp of the underlying principles that traverse all technology. Danny has focus on what matters most: no matter the language, database, or cloud-space involved, the client’s specific business needs must be the foundation of any elegant software.
Danny started his career in the Oil & Gas industry following university, primarily finding software solutions for departments involved with accounting and land purchasing & leasing. With time, he brought that experience to smaller businesses that were more inclined to embrace the changing pace of technology. Danny now supports the ROS team as database administrator, but with a dash of programmer and client-support for good measure.
