Dana Lazarko is a Project Manager with over seven years of experience in providing professional services in the commercial and residential real estate, design, and construction industries. Dana is fully versed in all phases of the design and construction processes, including expert involvement in program operations and management. After graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Dana was a space planner for a partnered contractor of IKEA, designing interiors and managing high-end residential renovation projects.
Since being hired at Newmark in May 2016, Ms. Lazarko has been responsible for a number of program and project related undertakings, including the planning, management direction, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of over one million square feet of projects, as well as coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications for Newmark.
