Colleen L. Krueger serves as a Senior Vice President for Newmark Valuation & Advisory based in Milwaukee and covering the North Central Region of the U.S. A highly experienced appraiser with more than 20 years of experience, Krueger has extensive experience in valuing and consulting for a broad range of real property types on a local, regional and national landscape. Krueger has broad experience in the valuation of commercial, retail, industrial, office and special-use real estate throughout Wisconsin, the Midwest and U.S. Her experience includes lifestyle centers, neighborhood and community shopping centers, single and multi-tenant retail, manufacturing, single and multi-tenant warehouse, R&D, flex industrial facilities and single and multi-tenant low-rise office buildings as well as vacant land for different uses.
Additionally, Krueger has performed specialized real estate valuation and market studies on national retailers, auto dealerships, national and local restaurants, bank branches, regional malls, grocery stores, medical offices, special-use properties, and large mixed-use developments. Krueger has completed valuations and market studies on proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing properties. She has carried out valuations for mortgage financing, bankruptcy proceedings, financial accounting, investment counseling, individual and bulk potential acquisitions and dispositions, leasehold valuation, rental analysis, and feasibility analysis. Clients have included commercial and asset lenders, developers, corporations, individual property owners, public agencies, insurance companies and legal firms.
Prior to Newmark, Krueger served as senior analyst and appraiser and later as an independent real estate appraiser at Hilco Valuation Services. From 2010 to 2015, Krueger served as an independent contract appraiser in Wisconsin and Illinois for Valbridge Property Advisors, a nationwide appraisal firm. Krueger began her career in 1998, as a staff appraiser in Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago office.

Education
Krueger earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences degree from the Eastern Michigan University. In addition, Krueger has successfully completed numerous real estate-related courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute.
