Caroline Szuch joined Newmark in 2022, where she serves as Director of Public Relations (PR) & Communications for the Eastern Region. Based in the firm’s New York headquarters, Szuch leads communications strategies across the East Coast, enhancing brand visibility, amplifying thought leadership and driving engagement with key stakeholders.
Szuch leverages an integrated strategy—encompassing PR, media relations, awards, events, internal communications and social media initiatives—to deliver a cohesive narrative across regional and national target audiences. She also works collaboratively with company leadership, brokerage and marketing teams to maximize impact and uphold the firm’s position at the forefront of excellence.
Prior to Newmark, Szuch built the foundation of her expertise at award-winning PR agencies, including QUINN, Rubenstein PR and The Berman Group. In these roles, she spearheaded national and regional PR and event strategies for prominent New York City owners and developers, real estate associations, private equity firms and global hospitality brands.
Education
Szuch earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gettysburg College, majoring in Fine Arts with a minor in Business.
