Bryan Loewen is currently an active investor in the data center industry. From 2010 to 2020, he led Newmark’s global data center practice. In this role, he worked closely with the firm’s more than 450 worldwide offices to assist hundreds of local and multinational organizations in the leasing and procurement of data centers and colocation capacity. In 2020, Bryan raised a data center real estate fund and is leveraging his vast experience and tenant relationships in this asset class to acquire data center properties across North America and Europe.
Bryan has specialized in data center and other mission critical real estate properties since the late 1990s. His clientele includes major tenants, landlords, developers, and private equity companies with requirements specific to the data center sector, his firsthand knowledge and experience within data centers offers unparalleled real estate expertise to all mission critical facilities.

Education
Bryan earned his Master of Business Administration degree in telecommunications management from the University of Dallas and his Bachelor of Science degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Illinois. Bryan is recognized on an international level with the prestigious Certified Data Center Design Professional (CDCDP) accreditation.
