Bruce Fehn joined Newmark’s Houston office in 2016 as a managing director, bringing over 30 years of real estate and architectural experience. He specializes in tenant representation and advisory of energy, legal and banking tenants. With his architecture background, Mr. Fehn offers unique expertise in guiding clients through the real estate process, whether an office lease, headquarters transaction or a corporate build-to-suit. In lease negotiations, his goal is not to match “market terms” but rather to secure below market terms and financial incentives for his clients.
Mr. Fehn’s business career spans more than 30 years. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Fehn was a senior vice president at DTZ and vice president at The Staubach Company. Mr. Fehn began his career at Skidmore Owings and Merrill Architects before opening Fehn Associates, his own architecture firm. Fehn Associates provided architecture and design services to major Houston corporations including BP, Chevron, Compaq Computer, Conoco Phillips and Exxon Mobil.
