Andy Rogers joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2020 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President. Based in the Overland Park office, Andy focuses on retail petroleum (gas stations, convenience stores, service stations, truck stops, car washes, etc.) and restaurant assets. He has experience with all elements of value: real estate, equipment, and business tangible.
Andy has successfully completed valuations on various proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing structures and vacant land. Andy’s valuations have been used for acquisitions, refinancing, lease term analysis, portfolio financing, condemnation purposes, estates, and due diligence support. His clients have included accountants, investment firms, law firms, lenders, private and public agencies.
Andy transitioned to Newmark upon its acquisition of Hopkins Appraisal Services, which specialized in retail petroleum facilities and restaurants. Andy started his commercial real estate career in 1998 as an associate appraiser with Hopkins Appraisal Services where he most recently served as a director.

Andy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in human resource management from the University of Central Missouri. Andy has completed all classes required to fulfill the Certified General Appraiser’s continued education requirements. Additionally, Andy has completed numerous real estate-related courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, accredited universities, and others.
