Amy Rodbell joined Newmark in 2020 and currently serves as an Advisor in the company’s Atlanta office. A key team member in the Industrial group, Amy has substantial expertise in both office and industrial tenant representation as well as real estate development.
A native Atlantan, Amy has extensive knowledge of the Atlanta market. She earned her BBA from the University of Georgia in Marketing and MBA from the Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology with a focus on Real Estate and Finance. During this time she also completed an internship with Atlanta-based Haddow & Associates consulting on highest and best land use projects.
Amy began her career in 2002 as part of a medical office tenant and agency leasing team. She joined Newmark (Formerly Grubb & Ellis Company) in 2004 as part of their growing office tenant advisory group with a focus on accounting and law firms. Additionally, Amy has spent time working for her family business to identify, zone and develop multiple single-family housing developments sold to corporate and institutional clients including Atlanta-based Cousins Properties and other local investors.
After taking a sabbatical to stay home with young children, Amy re-joined Newmark in 2020 as a part of their industrial group. She is focused on industrial tenant representation through selection and calculated negotiation of properties for lease and for purchase as well as working with clients to divest assets.
