Adam Couch joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2018 as a Vice President in the company’s New Orleans, Louisiana office. In 2022, after over 12 years in Southern Louisiana, he relocated to the Phoenix, Arizona office to return to the city where he was raised.
Adam focuses on fee preparation of real estate appraisals, and various valuation and consulting assignments for institutional investors, lending institutions, trusts, and private investors. His experience extends to a wide variety of property types including retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, multifamily, land, hospitality, and special purpose properties.
Prior to Newmark, Adam worked as a staff appraiser at The McEnery Company, a New Orleans-based firm providing real estate services throughout Louisiana, as well as southern Mississippi and Alabama. He also completed appraisal assignments in Arkansas while with the firm.

Adam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Northern Arizona University. He has also completed qualifying and continuing education courses at the Appraisal Institute.
