Mr. Elliott’s three decades of experience in the management of corporate real estate portfolios, build-to-suits, buyer/tenant representation, investment property sales, complex lease renewals and land site selection significantly enhances NGKF’s local capabilities in the office sector.

Mr. Elliott joins NGKF from CBRE, where he served as senior vice president, Office Brokerage since 2007, and where he led the firm’s Detroit office for 13 years earlier in his career. He also spent seven years as part of Trammell Crow Company’s Corporate Advisory Services Group. Throughout his career, Mr. Elliott’s clients have included automotive suppliers and manufacturers, banks, technology firms, healthcare organizations and energy companies.

Mr. Elliott holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from San Diego State University. He is actively involved in a variety of industry organizations, and has been recognized as a Michigan CCIM Realtor of the Year. He was the founding chairman of the Detroit Area Commercial Board of Realtors and the past president of the Michigan chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Presently, he is a member of the Detroit Economic Club and the Engineering Society of Detroit, and currently serves on the Michigan-Economic Development Commission for the City of Farmington Hills.
