One of the largest privately held companies in Indiana has closed on a deal to expand their operations into Whitestown, IN. Telamon, an Indiana based telecom company, has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years and needed a larger space to accommodate.
“With 12 locations around the world, we needed more space to keep up with the market demand for our products,” said Alexa Amatulli, Marketing Lead for Telamon, “The decision to expand in Indiana was easy; we love the business atmosphere the state has created.”
Matt Kiger, Vice President of Newmark Halakar, and Conrad Jacobs, Director of Newmark Halakar, represented Telamon on the expansion into Whiteland, IN. “Extremely professional and in-tune with our needs, that is how I would describe Conrad and Matt,” Amatulli stated. “They were always on-call when we needed them to help make our growth possible.”
Telamon will be occupying 111,000 square feet in the AllPoints at Anson complex, with their corporate offices staying in their current Carmel, IN location. The new office and industrial complex will allow for the hiring of 14 new positions and the relocation of 36 employees.
