Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) is pleased to announce that industry expert Corey Chase has joined the NGKF team as senior managing director in the company’s Chicago office. Mr. Chase specializes in the representation of national and local industrial clients.<\/p> \n
Bringing 30 years of industry experience to this role, Mr. Chase has had substantial experience representing office and industrial tenants as well as institutional and entrepreneurial owners. To date, he has completed more than 55 million square feet of transactions with a value exceeding $500 million. Prior to joining NGKF, Mr. Chase was with Podolsky”,”Circle CORFAC International for more than a decade, where he served as a principal and senior strategist with an emphasis on governmental and municipal incentives. Before that, Mr. Chase was a managing director for Studley’s Chicago office.
Mr. Chase has accomplished many notable achievements throughout his career. He was named Top Industrial Leasing Broker in the Chicago market in 2013, by Costar Group’s Power Broker Awards. He was also a NAIOP Chicago Real Estate Industrial Transaction of the Year nominee. Some of his notable clients include 1-800-Flowers, Wonderlic, PepsiAmericas, Mutual of New York, and MV Transportation.<\/p>
