Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) has hired Mark Fowler as a managing director, specializing in representing office and industrial tenants and landlords in Monmouth, Middlesex and Mercer Counties.
Mr. Fowler, with more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience, has completed over 1.5 million square feet in transactions totaling more than $200 million across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. He joins NGKF from Weichert Commercial Brokerage, where, as senior vice president, he was consistently a top-producing broker. In 2010, he was awarded ‘Broker of the Year’ by Weichert Commercial Brokerage and also by RXR.
Notable assignments include representing Axis Reinsurance in multiple leases in New Jersey and New York, including a 121,000-square-foot lease in Manhattan. Mr. Fowler has worked on behalf of such well-known property owners as M Gordon Construction, Onyx Equities, Meridian Investment Partners and K Hovnanian.
Mr. Fowler is a board member of the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and the Industrial and Office Real Estate Association. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business studies from the University of Westminster in England, and graduated the real estate certificate program from the Kislak Real Estate Institute at Monmouth University.
