Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) Retail is pleased to announce the completion of wagamama’s 10-year lease at 210 Fifth Avenue.
The 7,000-square-foot space will serve as the U.S. flagship location for wagamama, a British-headquartered restaurant chain serving pan-Asian food in the style of a modern Japanese ramen bar with over 140 restaurants worldwide. NGKF Retail’s Managing Director Jared Lack and Director Jessica Kalimian represented landlord Lerad Management Company, LLC in the transaction.
“We are thrilled to be bringing wagamama to 210 Fifth Avenue. The international brand has had tremendous success and this is the perfect location for wagamama to thrive in New York City,” said Lack. “210 Fifth Avenue is a beautiful landmarked building overlooking Madison Square Park with Al Capone as a former resident. Having a renowned tenant like wagamama at the base completes ownership’s premier vision for the building,” said Kalimian.
