Octagon (IPG:NYSE), pioneer and leader in sports, music and entertainment management and marketing, is relocating its McLean, Va., headquarters this summer, according to its real advisor Newmark.
Octagon signed a new, long-term lease for 27,000 square feet at 7950 Jones Branch Drive, where it will have an efficient single floor with many amenities.
Hank Kobrin, Erica Rubinstein and Bill Zonghetti of Newmark represented the tenant in its move from 1751 Pinnacle Drive. Mark Roberts of Studley represented Gannett, which owns and occupies most of the property.
