Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) Retail is pleased to announce that Xcel Brands, Inc. (OTCQB: XELB), the parent company of the acclaimed American fashion brand Isaac Mizrahi New York, will debut its first storefront today at 44A Main Street in Southampton, N.Y. Isaac Mizrahi New York will join the high-end boutiques, restaurants and galleries that line Main Street in Southampton and make it a chic shopping and dining destination.
The retail location is opening just in time for the summer season as New York’s well-heeled travel to the historical villages and hamlets along the southern coast of Long Island known as the Hamptons. The shop, spanning 1,203 square feet, will offer a large array of products including apparel, fragrance, footwear, accessories, pet accessories, fine and costume jewelry, as well as limited edition swimwear, sneakers, jellies, cover-ups and one-of-a kind handbags.
“Our client wishes to bring Isaac Mizrahi’s affordable luxury to his savvy customers with an eye for fashion,” said George J.
