Murad, Inc., the innovative skincare brand synonymous with high-performance, science-based topical and internal products, signed a new 12-year lease and announced today its plan to relocate its corporate office to accommodate the company’s exponential growth and future expansion. The relocation is fueled by the company’s evolution and continued success over the past 25 years. Having outgrown its current location, Murad has committed to a $35 million investment that will result in a brand new 45,000-square-foot global headquarters in El Segundo, California, just a mere two blocks from the company’s current location.
The new office will feature state-of-the-art facilities, including ample workspaces and meeting areas to ensure optimal working conditions for corporate employees. The newly-signed lease for global headquarters complements Murad’s acquisition two years ago of a 65,000-square-foot distribution center in Torrance, California. Jon Zuckerman and David Kluth of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Murad in this transaction.

The award-winning Murad Flagship Spa will remain in its current location, however, the entire 7,000-square-foot space will be significantly upgraded to accommodate a fitness/yoga center, as well as incorporate a stylish update to its treatment rooms and retail section. Additionally, the new Murad Inclusive Health Spa will expand its service offerings to meet the increasing customer requests, including those in line with Dr. Murad’s Inclusive Health philosophy.
