Newmark Grubb Knight Frank announced that Larry Emmons and Tony Avendt, senior managing directors in the company’s Detroit office, represented Cowan Road Holdings LLC in the sale of the former Sam’s Club Warehouse in Westland, Michigan. Brimhall Properties LLC paid $1 million for the 105,821-square-foot warehouse building located at 35400 Central City Parkway.
The property, which has been unoccupied since 2008, will undergo future improvements to serve as a modern warehouse/distribution facility. It currently features 22’-23’ ceilings, 60’ wide bays, seven truckwells and is fully air-conditioned.
The buyer was represented by Promanas Group.
