New York City - Tishman Speyer and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank announced today that Creative Artists Agency (CAA) signed a long-term lease for 74,550 square feet at the Chrysler Building at 405 Lexington Avenue in New York City. CAA is expected to take occupancy in fall 2013, taking floors 18 through 20 at the property.
CAA was represented by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Neal Golden, Ross Perlman and Lee Brodsky. Tishman Speyer was represented in-house.
